Oliver started in Recruitment within the digital space before joining a customer as Digital Sales Manager, developing a Sales Team that amassed in excess of £2 million pounds in sales in year 2. He successfully launched a Digital Marketing Agency in 2016.
Michael is a Postgraduate in Marketing having spent 7 years at a Digital Agency recruiting and building a digital team of 10 across 27 countries. Delivering revenue in excess of £3 million pounds per annum.
Deciding to return to recruitment in 2016 as a specialist sales and marketing recruitment agency, we go further than sourcing applicants through job boards, we utilise our digital skills to attract candidates through paid advertising and social media channels.
